Thanks to all for their efforts - the virtual experience worked
All,
Even though it wasn’t quite the same it was great to see everybody, and thanks
again to the Festmeisters for pulling off an excellent virtual ‘Fest!
I have to agree about the twinge of sadness. For me the ‘Fest is a welcome
break and I enjoy the social aspect of it as much or more than

Thanks John for the great write-up. I really thought the Zoom platform
worked quite well. The hard part for me was ... being at home - with all
the distractions and people. Often it was hard to concentrate on the
conference because of stuff here at home. That's a big difference from

Thanks to all for their efforts - the virtual experience worked well, I
thought. I hope to see everyone in person next year!

Thanks to John, Rich and the rest of the crew for making a great fest.
I hope that the fest can resume in person next year and that the virtual
fest can continue on Zoom. Both environments have lots
to offer as the fest goes from strength to strength.
Kudos to everyone
Ladies & Gentlemen,
Well said John, I share your comments and sentiments. Thanks to ALL especially
to Rich, Sheldon, and the forum presenters.
I for one would enjoy gathering like this more frequently.
Until we meet again, wishing you and your families the very best...be safe,

Hello,
Thanks to all for making this a great virtual fest!
The late session yesterday reminded me of the early one day fests, where
the attendees stayed in the hospitality suite to the early hours of the
morning. I would sleep a little later in the morning and drive home
pumped up with
Hi John, nice to be included this year. About 3 years ago, I had made
reservations and paid for attendance at that years SWL FEST in Plymouth
Meeting. That year I also scheduled a stop in Mt Holly N.J., down the
road , to meet some Paternal family members for the FIRST TIME in 72

Hi -
For me, probably the most significant sign that this “virtual” Fest was not
really all that virtual at all is that little tinge of sadness and melancholy I
usually feel at the end of each year’s edition. It was there again as I hit
the “leave” button on ZOOM at around 1:30 this morning.
