General conclusion: there is no translation -- nobody cares. Poor naive person comes sayin 'here is the translation, take and use it' -- the very smart Russain guys start doing what...? Well, I've googled for use of this переключателя in Russian, seemed to be quite usable, but agreed, too. You don't synchronize with a protocol.
