I'm wanting to propose a number of additions to the highway=street_lamp
feature, but I'm unclear on the process. The wiki only covers new tags, but
the changes I would propose would add a significant amount of information
that could be inputted.

Hi Paul, normally this is not a problem as long as you point out, that
there are changes to an existing tag. When ju just extend it, it is very
simple. More difficult is it when you change the functionality e.g. move
highway=street_lampt to amenity=street_lamp. In this cases you have to
