[Tagging] Representing "altimetric quotas" in OSM

I really don't know if the proper term is "altimetric quota" in English, sorry. What we have are some places where the elevation at some points were measured. It's similar to man_made=survey_point but without any physical objects or marks there; somebody just measured the elevation at that point

Hi, We had an OSM meetup at a bar yesterday, and while we were able to add several tags [1], we didn't find any documentation on how to tag their "zero waste" policy. I think it's self evident what that means. I'm thinking we could create a tag like zero_waste=yes . It also seems like there are
