this will not work. w e 9.0 will not install under windows 10 you have to email aisquared to request a link for a full w e 9.2 installation file. include your w e serial number. save this file. this is the only one that will do a fresh install on windows 10. then after it is installed check in

I have just installed Windows 10, But now can't install WE. I have the CD of 9.0, and the upgrades of 91,92,93 and94. None of them will install, and 90 can't install on Windows 10. Where do I go from here?? I thought, as we paid for version 9.2, that would be a full version, but not so.

that depends on if its windows 7 or 8 and up. its fairly easy with windows 7. press f8 or is it control f8 as the computer boots. you would have to have someone time how long it takes the safe boot menu to pop up. arrow down one line and press enter. thats it. windows 8 and up i don't think
