it usually puts me in the edit search box, but then if I go to M.facebook it
usually puts me up at the top of the window where the refreash button, etc

I'm using Windows 10 anniversary edition with the latest version of
Window-eyes. Are there settings I need to make so that when I open a web
page in IE I'm at the top of the page? As it's set up now, I have to
tab a few times to get to it. There are a few things that are
