just enter the number or put GW before KB. I checked and they are both there.

How do I find the knowledge base articles such as kb2043 and kb2044? I went
to gwmicro.com and put those letters and numbers in the search box, but it

My Alva braille controller seems to drop out at will. I thought it was a
problem with the display, since it has been a pain from day one. I didn't
