Hi Michael,
When Tbird is loaded, hit shift tab to place you in the box or folder
you were in when you exited.
To close a message, hit escape.

Hello Charles. I totally understand your frustration. If this merger with
VFO hadn't taken place, AI Squared would now have had improved braille
support in Window-Eyes, because they were going to strip out the code and
recreate the braille code from scratch.

Hey, Chuck here in Columbus. There are Jaws scripts for Winamp, but have no

they were called. I hope someone can help the both of us. As f
Hello. I was wondering how to get winamp work with jaws, it does work
but can not figure out how to get to say volume at such and such

It does work with window eyes how to get the same type of thing with
using jaws?
I read in a indow-eyes tutorial that tabbing beyond the options in the
Navigation pane, takes you out of that field. Hadn't realised however that alt

Unlike Window-eyes, JAWS does not automatically install a shortcut key

It may not make a sound when you're in another program. But when I
download something it reads the notification area just like Window-Eyes
does and it says "Alt-N." And Alt-N is an IE command to focus the
notification area. I then tab through the buttons just as I do with
Window-Eyes.
Then it
Jaws does speak out options that I have not heard from Window-Eyes for a
long time. If I hear something different, I typically will press alt-n
just because it has become second nature to me to do so.

Pam,
The thing is that while JAWS doesn't have set files, per se, it has the
same idea. It just does it automatically. So any change you make that
isn't a global setting is saved for the current program. To make any
change global you have to remember to press Control-Shift-D before

No, there is no such a feature for the notification area [alt-n].
Jaws speaks out when tekst is in this area, but will not generate a
sound as Window-Eyes does even when you are in an other program.

Kevin,
There is no difference between the home and pro as far as the program
file goes. You just have to pay more to have the pro edition features
enabled. This will be set when you get your authorization code and enter
it. So the demo must just run in professional mode by default.

Did you set both of the Window-Eyes startup options off? Run at the
log-in screen and run after log-in.
If it's not loading I can't imagine how any apps could get called.

Hi:
I am going to register for the Window-eyes to JAWS offer, but I want
the home adition, not the pro edition.
Since my order has not been processed yet, I thought that I would get
a head start. So I downloaded the non-tandem version of the JAWS
Demo because I thought it was the home edition.
