Problem reading emails with Outlook2016 and latest WE

Hi, Up until this morning, when Office updated itself, I was able to press enter on a message in Outlook2016 and listen to Window Eyes read it automatically. Since the update this no longer works. I am running the latest version of WE with the latest Outlook sets and the Outlook Enhanced App.

Set files are not on App Central which is why you didn't find them there. They are installed when Window Eyes is itself installed. If you look in the Window Eyes Control Panel, File Menu, Factory Settings, you will see a list of Set Files and that will include information on which are installed

Latest version of WE not returning after crash

I believe if you go to sounds and audio devices and select the playback tab sheet, you should see all your installed sound cards listed. Select the card you want with the cursor keys and then tab across until you locate the button that says make this my default sound card. That should do it.

file opening problem in word 2013

Whenever I try to open a word file from the my documents folder it opens but word gives it the title wrd.... And when I try to save it, it acts as if this is the first time the file has been saved and uses the wrd000... as the filename. This is a recent problem. Does anyone have any ideas
