I am also hearing impaired and the volume on the webinars is hard to hear.

I got a .jpg file which I know has text in it. I did get it read using an
OCR package, but I wanted to try with the Virtual View. I tried all sorts
of virtual view settings and it did not read it. I did make the Windows

This is what I did and it worked.
1. Control, Alt., V, this opens the virtual view dialog
2. choose file as source
3. tab to OCR
4. click OK, an open file dialog appears
5. find your JPG file and then click open and wait a
