Sad to say, I manages a couple of AD myself from 2003 and now 2012, all it's the same when it comes to huge or multiple OU. Cursor delay does not do much to me, sometimes it just got worst, so I prefer to use ctrl - shift - s to read the actual item I am in. it can't be the network being slow as
