When I unload Jaws and wish to restart it, I simply press the 'windows
key' or the 'CTRL-Escape' and type the word Jaws and press enter. This
will restart the program for you. I do not have enough experience with

The JAWS key is the insert key by default or the capslock key if you
have set it that way.
The key to read from the cursor position to the bottom of the
document is insert + down arrow.

Yes, That is how it works. In short, if your computer has been running for more
than 40 minutes, JAWS will not load unless you restart the computer. It is not
how long JAWS has been running, but it is the computer.
