Hi Brenda:
I understand what you mean about the JAWS list. I was on that list
for a few months and unsubscribed from it for that verry same reason.

I'm with you, Brenda. I'm only on this and another low traffic list and
sometimes struggle to keep up. I joined the NVDA list a week or two ago
and lasted one afternoon. It was an endless stream of pointless posts. I
think some people live on mailing lists. How sad.

Tom

Hi,
I had to use the Microsoft media creation tool to force my older desktop
to upgrade. Thanks to NetBat, I was able to install the anniversary
addition without a problem.

I think I remember it as 5900, although there may be more than one because
of more than one line. But 5900 are the last four digits I mainly remember.

Hi,
If you do not have a password at login and go straight to the desktop you'll
hear the Window-eyes start up sound twice. This is normal. Window-eyes is
loading to read the login prompt, it shuts down and starts again after the
login goes away.

Tony,
In that case, have you customized your Thunderbird profile, such as by adding
any additional add-ons or behavior different from the defaults? Is this
something you can reproduce on demand, even after creating a new profile?

I must respectfuly disagree. I use Thunderbird as my primary email client and
am able to use it without any significant problems. With that said, I am using
the current version of Thunderbird under Windows 8.1. Which TB are you using,
and under which operating system?
