Use alt-F, then M. You then click on OK if you want to save all of the
attachments or just the attachment that's there
This will reliably give you access to your attachments and you can then do
what you want with them.
This also works for Outlook 2010.

Hi,
Make sure apps are enabled.
Control-backslash, alt-a, enter on app management, enter on app status, finally
enter on the on item.
Is Outlook Enhance running when Outlook is?
Alt-a for the apps menu and arrow down to Outlook Enhance.
