Kitty, In order to interact with a tool tip all you have to do is hit the Mouse to focus hot key twice. The default is Insert-Numpad-Plus. If it can't be done it will say, Unable to route mouse to tool tip. If it does work it will say, Mouse routed to tool tip, or something similar. Then you
