Help me to understand why you'd like the right arrow to read the previous
character and not do the default function of character after...
If it were to read the previous character, it would read the one you just left
and not the one you are on.

Jeff and I are on the same page here. It's just that I'm running Win-eyes
8.4, and it's likely that the list of options for selecting First-Action and
Second-Action don't have the same number of choices to pick from. In
Win-Eyes 8.4, the first- and second-actions lists contain 32 choices
