Which email client are you using?
First, open the message.
If using Outlook, use Control-Alt-A.
If Thunderbird, go to the File menu and find the option to save them.

You can use Control Alt A to open a Window Eyes attachment dialog box. On the
Outlook file menu, there is also a save all attachments option. If worse comes
to worse, hit Control F to forward the message then tab to the attachment line
