In the creater edition that some of us are running that should be out
next week, Microsoft changed the key to control-windows-enter.

I think the Key Command to Start Narrator has changed. Sorry don't know
what it is, but at least you know the reason the old command doesn't
work has nothing to do with the installation, yur System, or you.

The creator edition is pretty good, but I have 2 issues.
First
Remember, you've gotten the program earlier than the official release.
There are going to be bugs, because it's a build not meant for regular
public consumption. Unless you're a windows insider, it's not a good
idea to install development builds unless you are aware of the risks and
can get
