Which version of Malwarebytes do you use?
I had found that the latest versions did not read successfully with
Window-Eyes and so am currently using an old version which is more
accessible.

package if you just use that.

If you are going to use Viper, make sure you have plenty of RAM as this
thing is a system hog. If you have less than 6 gb, I would not recommend
it. I tried it on a netbook running 2 or 4 gb of RAM and we got rid of it
due to crash issues

After hearing that is was not reliable, I removed it and ran Malwarebytes
which found twenty some serious issues. Vipre had been telling me that
everything was fine.
If you're still running XP, I recommend Bit Defender.
