Hi John, When did you last try it? The current version works fine with Window-Eyes.

I had found that the latest versions did not read successfully with Window-Eyes and so am currently using an old version which is more accessible. After hearing that is was not reliable, I removed it and ran Malwarebytes which found twenty some serious issues. Vipre had been telling me that everything was fine. If you're still running XP, I recommend Bit Defender. I have always found Microsoft Security Essentials to be friendly and to work well with Vista and Windows 7 and I now use Windows Defender with Windows 10. I have had no virus problems, since I don't take chances and don't browse risky web sites.
