Thanks Bill. Do you use the free or pro version?
It is the pro version I have problems with. I cannot insert both the id and the key in order to activate it. I have got nowhere with the software suppliers, although they have tried to help. As they have no record of the issue I describe above, then I have assumed it is to do with Window-Eyes preventing something.
