Yes, you can manually select, copy and paste the content displayed in the
read-only edit to another application or use the Save function in the File menu
to save the content into a Text file. Please note that you can use standard
text selection keyboard commands built into Windows

Yes, the tutorial was designed to apply to all supported operating systems even
though it was recorded under Windows 10.
