Chris, Ctrl-shift-n is the field-name hotkey in Window-Eyes. If you press the bypass hotkey ins-b before ctrl-shift-n, the ctrl-shift-n is directly send to windows and you can create your new folder. You can redefine or undefine this hotkey for explorer in the hotkey menu if you want. Regards,

Hi Chris, In the future, simply press Insert-1 (the 1 on the alphanumeric part of the keyboard, not the Numpad) and you'll be in Window-Eyes Key Describer mode. If you then issue the keystroke, you are told the hotkey description. Press Insert-1 again to leave the Key Describer mode. Hth, Rod
