NVDA does have some mouse abilities. But I haven't gotten around to sussing it all out yet. And it can be scripted. But there's essentially no documentation for doing so. One has to reference the modules in the open source code for NVDA itself to see what's available. I've dipped into it. But

when you go to a link you can open a context menu and use send link. then the email client will open and you can send a email to who ever you want to send it too. i do this with firefox because the option to send email with i e has always been disabled. even though i have wlm set as the default
