I have the hourly chime app installed, and it is speaking using Window-eyes 9.2 under Windows 10. I use the male voice on my desktop computer and the female voice on my laptop computer. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the hourly chime app. I've had to do that sometime back prior to Windows

go to windows update and uninstall this update. then reboot. KB3035583 then after you reboot then start checking windows update for this update and open a context menu on it and hide it. so far this has not come back. all references to windows 10 is gone in the windows update screen.
