check that the enhanced insert key layout is off. control alt zero. this app undefines the read to end keys. it also defines two auto load hot keys when its on. myself i uninstalled it. there are too many problems with it. it will undefine the read to end keys and use other keys. once it is

I am using the bypass command and that is the problem, ctrl shift R is not working. Can't always get to the menu as the num pad is not consistent. I remember the good ol' days when the num pad worked like the mouse. Perhaps if I could figure out the ribbon, maybe that is the answer? -Bob

i got rid of the conflict all together 10 years ago by redefining the read to end from shift control r to shift control enter. so far i haven't had any other program that uses these keys. but you can redefine read to end to any keys you want as long as there is no conflict with other defined

Hi, Carmella. He means that you should upgrade Window-Eyes to version 9.1 or 9.2 but I don't think GW Micro has those versions any more. Window-Eyes is now at nine point four. Since 9.4 no longer works with XP, you would probably have to upgrade your whole computer. Lou N. -Original
