Hi.
I don't think that VFO would suddenly stop supporting a product with no
warning. I think we'll have plenty of information about their plans long
before they happen.

As for me, I press the alt-s to save the file, which saves the download
to the downloads folder.
I most always hear the loud clanging chime, and am asked which I would
like to do. open, close or save. I've never remembered to use the alt-n
option. Maybe some day I will.

Thanks for clarifying your environment. As Tom suggested, pressing Alt+N will
move focus to Internet Explorer's Notification bar that contains several
buttons including Run, Save and Close.
Best,

Hi All,
Please do not send or reply to messages about subscription
trouble. There's nothing we list members can do, as far as I
know, and there's enough traffic on this list already. I just
got a bunch with a subject line of "confirm" and a long number.
When I opened them, all that was
TryAlt+n. It usually works for me.

How do I get to the "save" or "open" when downloading with WE. I am having a
senior moment.
What web browser are you using and what are you trying to download? Providing a
specific Web page would be helpful.

Hi Andre,
One thing to note is that, if you're trying to uninstall an antivirus
program, such as Avast, you won't necessarily be able to do this using Revo.
In this case, you would need the removal tool supplied by the developer.

Has anyone had any success using either of these programs with WE? I'm not
talking about the free version of revo uninstaller, v1.95. I know those
menus are accessible. Just need an uninstaller for my Windows 10 machine.
I'd like to get rid of some trial versions.
Thanks again,
I'd like to be able to agree with you as well, but too many times, whatever
a company believes is the bottom line (mainly profit) seems to rule no
matter who it pulls the rug from under.

Although this doesn't tell you much about Window-Eyes, I've found these

When it comes to logging out, closing the browser or the page will log you

Hi:
I'm sure most list members know this by now, but I just tried the GW

Hi Sky,
The problem with this point of view is that it overlooks the fact that the
umbrella company is sensitive to the fact that, whether one is a user of
Jaws or Window-Eyes, they already have had enough difficulty in their lives
adjusting to their screen reader.
To pull the rug out from under
Absolutely and I've been a WE user for 9 years, and only last year I got
certified in it.

You have to know that all the long time users of WE like myself are
worried about the future of Window Eyes. Guess it just doesn't make
sense for there to be two screen readers owned by the same company.

Let's not overthink it.
It was a IP change, so the dns servers will need to proper gate.
Chances are it is done already.
