Actually, simply running Window-Eyes as Administrator doesn't load the All
Users Profile where the Insert-key layout app is probably still running, since
it is a default Window-Eyes app, that is, an app installed with Window-Eyes.
Therefore, you would still be running under the default user
You have to create your own hot key for JAWS. JAWS doesn't come up with an
automatic hot key like Window-Eyes did.

i replaced my w e default folder with my backup folder and it is working again.
i always turn everything off with a power strip when i go to bed. there were
