The suggestion is that window-eyes auto read, every time the window(s) changes, the "title" of the window. Try hitting control-tab in any program with multiple windows and window-eyes will NOT read the window title. EVEN WHEN INSTRUCTED TO DO SO, automatically. I can have it read the title with
