The JAWS key is the insert key by default or the capslock key if you
have set it that way.
The key to read from the cursor position to the bottom of the
document is insert + down arrow.

insert key or the caps lock key as a modifier. Insert t for time, for
example, or caps lock key t for time. Does JAWS give me the same choice?
