run often down the middle of roads, railways or rivers. They show up

Ce sont des données que j'ai digitalisées. Elles ne sont pas licencsiées
tant qu'elles ne seront pas sous OSM.
De toute façon, les limites administratives n'appartiennent ä personne et
cette source digitalisée ne sera pas d'une très grande précision (mais
amplement suffisante pour nous). Ce qui serait gênant serait de transférer
une source vectorisée venant directement de l'IGN par exemple.

L'IGN fournit des cartes des départements français libres de droits
c'est ici : http://www.ign.fr/rubrique.asp?rbr_id=441
Libres de droit.. sauf pour une utilisation commerciales. Hors, la license
OSM n'interdit pas une utilisation commerciale de ses données. Il est donc
impossible
