Pues en el enlace pone que Potlatch está bien y a mí tampoco me deja
editar en Potlatch...
Me parece bien hacer primero una cosa básica y luego ya mas adelante si
tiene éxito hacer mas.

En JOSM, al subir los datos, si pincháis en opciones avanzadas, hay
una opción de subir los objetos uno a uno.
Si lo hacéis así, el servidor os los aceptará.

Yo podria hacer la instalacion en ubuntu, asi como la configuración del
plugin JOSM y ortofotos IDEE, pero..¿con voz? o con instrucciones en

Si hacemos los vídeos con calidad suficiente luego podemos añadir los
textos y instrucciones en pantalla.
En cuanto a la voz... la mía esta entre Joaquin Sabina y Espinete... por
eso creo que no debe darte reparo en intentarlo... a malas te doblamos :)
