Donat, les listes électorales sont plus ou moins publiques (au moins les partis accèdent aux listes d'émargement). Donc ça ne suffit pas. C'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas d'identifiant et sans cela les homonymes auraient des soucis. Le numéro de sécurité sociale (INSEE comme dit à juste titre Philippe)
