wrote their own license and it is incompatible with the OpenStreetMap data
license, possibly with any other license of any type any where, and common
sense. In their first term they declare their

quickly. If you've ever wanted to develop some code around the
OpenStreetMap ecosystem, brush up on your geo-data-handling or just learn

opportunistic Mappy Hour. Normally we have one Mappy Hour per month, but

As last year, Ryerson University is providing a dry roof overhead, lots of
space and rock solid wifi for the programming portion of the event.
There will also be a public event, possibly an expert panel, Friday
Mappy New Year, mappers.
I'd love to see more Canadian cities start to host monthly OpenStreetMap
events in 2013. They're a great way to meet other mappers, to learn and
share the experiences of other mappers, to learn about the other things
