camera enforcement?
Do you think that it is sufficient to just add 'highway=speed_camera' to the

You can't add another highway tag to something that's already a
highway, so you need to think of something else.

This sort of raises the more question of how do you tag anything
which applies between two points on a way. For example every time I
take the Little Clacton Bypass when I leave (or return to) Clacton I
notice the warning signs with the deer on. In the UK I believe there
is one at each end of the

Don't assume that the first camera is entry into a monitored
section and the next camera exits the monitoring.
This is not always the case.
They can be set up as dual-exit-entry like this:
