Já esgotei a pesquisa nesse assunto e descobri que:
1) Os objetos com addr:housenumbers devem estar a menos de 150m da via;
2) Esses objetos têm que ter a tag addr:street preenchida com o mesmo valor
da tag mkgmap:street da via a que fazem
Além disso, o mkgmap tem que ser chamado com as opções --route e
