Missing Mail in Outlook 2013

This problem may sound strange, however, I am not receiving any e-mail in my junk mail folder. It is not that I desire junk mail to fill any day, rather this situation makes it impossible to retrieve wanted e-mails that is not intended as junk mail, usually from first-time e-mail address senders.

It may be that you are arrowing down or up too fast. I have found with Word and Outlook 2013 that there is a longer pause between text lines than previous versions, and I was arrowing too fast. Just a thought based on my experience. Terry -Original Message- From: Talk
