Díky za odpovědi. WFS jsem zkoušel, ale nějak se mi to nedařilo (QGis).
Každopádně, jestli to je zablokovaný, tak neni co řešit. Navíc to stejně
potřebuju legálně. Říkal jsem si ale, že jestli jim nějaký soud nařídil, že
by to mělo být veřejně přístupný, tak by nám to (v práci) mohli aspoň vydat
