BayesIt bug or The Bat! bug?

Hello TBBETA list, I installed Bayesit 04fm. Unfortunately, in 9/10 times, I cannot mark message as spam by SpecialMark as junk menu option. Message is moved to junk folder, but you can see in attached image, that 0 messages was processed. Why? This is The Bat! bug or BayesIt bug? --

[BayesIt] Bayesit misses spam when The Bat! first opened

If The Bat is already running, BayesIt does a pretty good job of picking up spam. But if I close the Bat for a few hours, and restart, most of the spam just goes straight to the inbox (i.e. BayesIt doesn't pick it up. I have the Bat set to check for new mail automatically on startup, and mail
