...OK, bugs created by me in resolved state still cannot be closed by me.
The only thing I can do is to reopen them.
I have found this is an official known issue of Mantis bugtracker
confirmed by other users, so let me know and I will close issues until this
problem

has anybody tried to delete an attachment with 4.2.16? Although the file
is deleted from the \attach folder immediately after pressing Ok, the
icon will be displayed until you select another email and return to the
