I moved them to a \res folder and guess what? I've got the
logo back again.
I tried that and /all/ of my icons disappeared. (although the logo
came back)
I've put everything back now I have my logo /and/ my icons!

Does the To: address of your message match an e-mail address
contained in the recipients gpg/pgp key? If not, that's probably the
reason.
It does the same thing whether the 'To:' field has an address in my
key ring or not.

In the Tools|OpenPGP| Submenus, is the proper PGP version selected
and under Preferences are the correct file locations identified?
It all /appears/ to be OK.
I'm going to try sending an encrypted message to you just clicking
'Encrypt on Completion' and see what happens.

I've just tried to send a message with these options switched on.
When I complete the message message I get the dialog about my
passphrase being cached, one assumes because I'm signing, but I'm not
asked whose key(s) I want to encrypt against.

When I minimise an app window on my machine the window 'collapses'
down to the task bar. The TB! window doesn't; it just disappears.

in the visual appearance of TB! compared with all of the other apps on

You can control this via Options/Preferences/General
I like TB to go to the task bar :-)
It /does/ go to the task bar, I'm talking about the visual method the
screen uses to 'close' on the screen when you send it there.

It's odd because here on Windows 98 it animates up and down.
Perhaps the problem is OS specific.
