Hello Jernej,  It shouldn't be too hard to compile it yourself — I include gpgme in my wget binaries, though I compile it statically. msys2 likely also has prepackaged binaries, too. That's what we tried to do while TBBETA was silent, it is not that simple, at least - with our knowledge
