Do they not automatically apply, unless you have folder specific or
recipient specific templates?

That's the default, you have to do nothing.

CW Doesn't seem to apply to some other folders, after changing the Account
CW : Properties templates i still find many folders have the original, as
CW supplied with TB! templates applying.

CW Mea culpa! Sorry. I remember now, I added TB and Windows info before i
CW forgot, when creating the new account. Of course, later creating a
CW generic template won't overwrite a folder specific one,

Thos folders where it doesn't change may be because at some time you did
include/change the
