submitted a bug report with CC to TBUDL shortly after that version was released. distribution pack of version 1.36 had russian Tip of the day and it was posted 8.10.1999. Max repaired it at 10.10.1999 and new pack has the_bat.tip in English, bat_rus.tip in Russian, bat_czh.tip in Czech
