Hello Greg, In TB v3.9.10 Return the 'Edit Shortcut Key' window (Alt+F12) is NOT working. I guess it is being replaced by Customise. So if you have TB v3.2.10 installed you have to find your Quick Template after opening up the 'Edit Shortcut Key' window (Alt+F12). The tree is as follows:
