So, you didn't actually create a new filter but just an empty shell
called New Filter?

It is better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and
remove all doubt

The condition you are encountering is *EITHER-OR*.
If we could agree on this between us and with RITLabs the conditionals
should be changed accordingly.

The happiness principle: it is a higher moral principle to always seek
happiness with someone else's happiness in mind, and never
with filters and RegEx (not my strong side) you could even
automate this completely. Just bear in mind that certain TLDs aren't
language-specific (from .com to .name and .info).

charcaters trouble didn't show up with this

build09b3 (or 2, it's the same) which introduced it.

nonetheless TB still does not compress, which means you still send out
70 MB instead of perhaps only 25 MB. As long as you don't try sending
already compressed files like JPEGs.
My compressor of choice: www.squeez.com. Current version is 4.2, a
beta for 5.x is already tested.

I don' remember which two versions exactly lost those but we should
have an eye on that setting in the future - there seems to be an
intermittent bug.
