Funny enough, the way the toolbar shows each time I start TB! is not consistent. What is consistent though (at least over here) is that it never shows the way I last configured it.

It is a little tricky to get the tool bar to position.  But with a
little patience, I can move it to where it clicks in place.  The lock
trigger must be a bit small.

I can half confirm: I set one toolbar (Quicksearch) to not showing, but it suddenly showed again upon restart.

I moved one toolbar from a second line to be at the end of the first line, so that I have only one line of toolbars, and it is still there upon restart.
