I have noticed that when replying to an email, that my templates always
use the Email address as the first name even when they are in my
address book. Even if I call up a Quick template I cant seem to get
it to grab the first name out of the address book. It always uses the Email
address

problem with help of you guys, by just dispatching FROM the server.

D'oh - how did that happen? Yes, there was a filter set up for Read Messages, and
that's where the e-mails were going, interestingly I hadn't set that filter up!! So
where did it come from?

Another user asked me whether it's possible to print message memos. I
didn't know the answer, but I tried adding a %memo macro to the print
template. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me.
