Help!!! I have noticed that when replying to an email, that my templates always use the Email address as the first name even when they are in my address book. Even if I call up a Quick template I cant seem to get it to grab the first name out of the address book. It always uses the Email address of the sender and not his first name. If I compose a new message everything works fine.. What Am I doing wrong.. Thanks, Bob
