You've piqued my interest now as I too have fought with templates for years
with
limited success. If I may detail the templates in the order in which you
list them:
ACCOUNT: Select the account then right-click and select PROPERTIES.
FOLDER: Select the correspondent's folder
Once upon a time when they were first implemented, there were
directions for how to use embedded address books groups.
I often want to mail all but a subset of of a group. Can someone tell
me a good path to accomplish this? I simply didn't use this feature
and have forgotten.
